How do I become a partner?

The best way is to talk with a sonnen sales person. If you do not have one, please email sales@sonnen-batterie.com. Once in contact with a sales person, you will need to take and pass our product certification training and exam. Once you have become a certified installer, you can begin installing sonnen products.  ‍

How long does my certification last?

Every certified sonnen installer is REQUIRED to complete technical product training every 18 – 24 months to remain certified depending on the product requirements.

What are the requirements for certification for each company?

Does installer certification affect the product warranty?

In order for warranty to be valid, every installation MUST have a valid sonnen certified installer on location during the installation.
